William Meyer

William Meyer is the design fellow specializing in the integration of vegetation into urban context, and optimizing ecologies for both functional and wonderfull effect. Meyers practice in professional landscape design informs his work in the ecological artworks. His previous experience as co-founder of the Amanaka’a Amazon Network and Worldview–two pioneering non-profit organizations that integrated cultural and environmental work–and inform research in translating different world art and cultural practices through and around ecological resources. Meyers also works in urban ecology and design in collaborative practice with the nsumi collective. Meyers Landscapes can be found throughout the Hudson Valley and in New York City.
