Hands-on 2 HR workshop introducing molecular gastronomy where participants are led in the preparation of three edible cocktails. For a maximum of 20 adventurers. Includes entrance to cocktail event.
6–8.30pm Cocktail Party ($20)
A flight of edible alcoholic cocktails for the adventurous palate, narrated by Natalie Jeremijenko.
